Unpaid commision

We would like to share our concerns and ask if anyone has previous experience working with HBet Partners and their brand HugoBets.

We are currently waiting for our April and May commission payments, which also happen to be our first payments since starting this partnership.

The casino agent and finance department have confirmed via email that there are payment delays due to a change of payment provider, but as the delay continues, we would like to hear feedback from other partners and affiliates.

At this point, we are not making any accusations — we simply want to verify if others are experiencing the same situation and better understand the reliability of this program.

If anyone has worked with them or is facing similar delays, we would appreciate you sharing your experience.

We have been informed that the payment is expected to be completed during the regular payment cycle, between 27–30 June.

However, I would like to clarify for the community that, based on our email correspondence with the finance team on 2 June, we were assured that the April commission would be paid by mid-June. Unfortunately, this commitment was not fulfilled.

Furthermore, in that same exchange, we requested that future payments be processed by the 20th of each month, rather than within the usual 27–30 payment window that has been referenced. Unfortunately, this commitment was not also fulfilled.

Considering all of the above, it is clear that the trust of the partners who have worked with Hugobets is steadily declining. We communicated the payment timelines provided by Hugobets to our partners, and since those deadlines were not met, we have also been unable to fulfill our own obligations to them.

As a result, it has become increasingly difficult for us to rely on any further payment assurances from managers or representatives until the payments are actually completed.
