Dear Affiliate Guard Dog Team,
I am requesting your assistance regarding unpaid affiliate commissions owed to us by Royal Ego Marketing LTD.
The issue began after the Japanese affiliate manager responsible for my account was dismissed. Initially, I was assured that payments would be made. At first, I was told the commissions would be settled via cryptocurrency, but this method was later withdrawn, and I was instructed to switch to another payment method. Unfortunately, before any payment was completed, the responsible manager was terminated, leaving the balance unpaid.
The outstanding balance currently amounts to USD $49,117, as shown in the attached invoice. This invoice covers multiple months across the OJO and LuckyNiki brands. Only January was partially paid; from February onwards, payments remain overdue.
I have already sent a formal Payment Reminder email directly to Royal Ego Marketing LTD, clearly stating that if no payment is received, I would proceed with filing a non-payment claim on Affiliate Guard Dog. Despite this, the overdue balance remains unsettled.
This is a significant amount, and continued non-payment is unacceptable. Our company places the utmost importance on trust and reputation within the affiliate community, and unresolved cases like this undermine both. I respectfully ask Affiliate Guard Dog to take appropriate action and publicly address this matter to help ensure resolution.
All relevant documentation (invoices, correspondence, etc.) can be provided upon request.
Thank you for your attention and support.
Sincerely,
