Unable to receive payment from Chillipartners

Hello everyone,

We’ve been trying to contact Chillipartners for several months now to get a €404 payment from various FTDs. However, we haven’t received any response, their website has been down for maintenance for weeks, and there’s no way to get paid. Does anyone have a contact at this company? Can you help us get this payment?

We are aware of this situation, but to be completely transparent, I believe this company has simply gone out of business. All of their social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram) as well as their website are inactive and have been deleted. Under these circumstances, you’ll understand that we no longer wish to promote their brands, given that we have no guarantee of receiving payment…

The purpose of this ticket was simply to find out if anyone in the community had a contact at Chillipartners to get some information.

I haven't sent them any players for almost a year now (at their request), but I received payment in February.

I have not been in contact with anyone, so I can't help there. Hopefully it won't shut down, as I still have some activity.

We have exactly the same case, 400+€ something on one account and 200+ on other to cash it out with Chili partners. However to this day I have found only unresponsive managers and other aff managers sending me from one to another but no luck to get paid..

From what I have heard they had to close down the program over night due to some ˝issues˝... .. everything has been erased from the web

At this stage, we haven't received any response from @luca36016. I'll post an update if we get a reply.

As you mentioned, we've looked into it with our various contacts, and it seems there may have been some wrongdoing within the company. This would explain the sudden closure and the fact that the various affiliate managers disappeared overnight.

We still have traffic to date, with over €500, but we remain convinced that we won't receive any payment from them.

I urge everyone to stop promoting brands as long as their websites and social media accounts are deactivated. That is certainly what we will do on our end.
