Ultra Partners not paying to affiliates!

Hello everyone, I know that there have been already few topics about this affiliate program and we have recently faced some problems with them too.

I am talking about Ultra Partners (Unique casino, Machance, Vegas plus) that without any particular reason, breaking all terms of our agreement just stopped paying commission for traffic we bring.
I want to mention that we have been working with Ultra for several years and it has been more than 6 months since we last received our payment.

We highly recommend to stay away from this affiliate program!

Usual scenario with them. And in this case they write you fake reasons to explain the situation, that is not coherent with their terms at all. Check this screenshot of the chat when I contacted them about my payments suddenly being stopped. They lied: this is because I don't send them traffic. Ok, that was true, but they had lifetime revenue back then, and there were no limiting clauses in their terms that would justify stopping lifetime payments on the basis of not sending new players. You can check this at archive.org, for 2019 autumn what their terms were.

I have a personal record with UltraPartners. Since January 2022 till now, every month is negative. So 10 months in a row. I am in the affiliate game for more than 10 years, worked with more than 60 affiliates programs and yes, negative months happens and sometimes in a row. But 10 months? My geo has been blocked since end of last year but some older players can still play and are somehow, since the geoblock, the most luckiest players ever or.. these guys are scamming me.

My statistics also doesn't make any sense. Every month the same.
September: €1850 total deposits, €1050 total withdraw, total Net Gaming -1008,18
August: €2785 total deposits, €1450 total withdraw, total Net Gaming -900,93
July: €4075 total deposits, €1600 total withdraw, total Net Gaming -1091,89
June: €3425 total deposits, €1365 total withdraw, total Net Gaming -1932,82
May: €2055 total deposits, €700 total withdraw, total Net Gaming -960,29

So for the last 6 months the gross revenue (total deposits minus total withdraws) has been positive but the total net gaming somehow always ends negative. I have contacted Jerome multiple times but he gives vague answers "In small accounts every small winners counts", "I am going to check account", "I will ask for a full report", "Everything looked good last time but i will check again".

And then silence, no proof, nothing.

The fact that the negative months started after 2 months of not sending any new players and the many negative experiences of other affiliates (also weird stats, no payments, etc) on this forum makes me almost sure that they have scammed me.

It seems i face the same problem, i have posted my statistics too on another post ! I have actually +3086€ positive balance, but they don't want to pay :(
