UK’s Prime Minister government was preparing a new set of legislation that would impose new rules regarding maximum online single stake limits and increased affordability checks alongside a complete ban on the use of credit cards. Now, the new set of legislation is in question since the Prime Minister resigned from the position.
The review of the ‘white paper’ could now be delayed for months or even years.
