Selling two sites that I no longer have time to maintain. Affiliate accounts are not involved in the sale, I am tied up in single accounts between many of my sites.
I sell the SEO Value of the sites, content, links and positions taken in the google, and the potential for future positions,
at this point the site is keep growing and I have not done blackhat SEO or any other harm to accelerate the sites for sale.
