Trash PPC hurts SEO?

Have been running trash (low cost low quality traffic) PPC to test and improve sites technical performance. Does it affect SEO in a negative way?

If you are doing whitehat PPC and run campaigns for longer than 6months.
You'll likely see a SEO benefit.

If you are running BLK hat cloaked PPC ads under your main URL you will likely see no benefit.

Recent conference had a panel of SEO guru's suggest complementing PPC ads with white hat SEO and good onsite content is a definite plus for SEO ranking. Consistent PPC budget is required. Not size but consistent spend on those ads is required.

personally never seen high bounce affect any of my SEO.. I assume it's a myth personally .. some of my best pages are 80% bounce
