Totesports affiliates have made a couple of changes to their terms.* The first is to allow Bingo commissions to be earned through their Totesports Casino and the second is a change to the verbage used to describe unsavory advertising methods which are prohibited by the program.

TERM ADDED

Bingo A choice of either: 35% of net revenue from commercial activity within a bingo customer account. Net Revenue = account opening balance less closing balance in any given period less any credits, apportionments for software licence fees, hosting service fees, licence fees to regulatory bodies and any applicable taxes. Or: One off bounty of 50 per new customer opening an account with us, depositing and wagering 50 or more.

Summary: This term was put into place to ensure that Bingo Affiliate’s commissions are now a part of the terms and conditions.* Good move Totesport.

SUMMARY - ADVERTISING
The affiliate must adhere to UK advertising regulations.* The affiliate may be terminated if they are in breach of section 57 of the Gambling Commission’s LCCP Sociably Responsability codes (outlined in Terms and Conditions).

Summary: You will want to read Section 57 which is outlined in Totesport’s T&Cs.* This is an excellent move by Totesports and helps to keep clean an industry that is sometimes open to pharma, porn, and other spammers.
