Hello, I'm developing a site about bitcoin bookmakers in English. The site is not geographically targeted, the language tag is the default en_US. As a small branch with not much time for great development, I am thinking about the location of my site on a specific market, country. And now I wonder if the entire main page should be converted into a specific country or leave the main page as general English. However, the problem is that when I leave and direct the subdomain or the second version in another catalog to another English-speaking country, for example, the bookmaker's review on the site bet com and bet com/in or in bet com will be in English with almost identical content won't there be a problem with duplicating the content of the same reviews on 2 different subpages in the same language?

Don't worry, actually about 30% of the web is duplicate content. :)
Simply put a canonical link into the header and you're good, protected.

HTML:
<link href="URL OF THE ORIGINAL PAGE" rel="canonical" />

That's it. For more information please just google for moz duplicate content and you will see a pretty detailed moz article.
