Agree, this is just far too much. Casinos have a players KYC, if there is any doubt towards a players SOW, then take that up with appropriate channels. Expecting players to submit this type of highly personal financial information, is IMO a breach of civil liberties.

If my AU bank requires SOW, all they ask is where I obtain my income from. That's it, no hoop jumping, or a string of supporting documents.
