Stay away from Chilli partners!

I've been in this industry for more than ten years, I've been through a lot, but I've never seen such vileness. I've been working with the Chilli partners for about a year and I've had earnings with them every month. For a few days, I just couldn't login to my affiliate account. So, I wrote to my affiliate manager asking what could be wrong. The answer was that my account is blocked.
When I asked the reason, the answer was that I was sending them fraudulent traffic. Ok, I understand, but when I asked them why I didn't received a notification about this by email or by phone, I didn't get an answer. So, for more than 1 year, I sent them players, generated revenues, and they banned me without a word. If I hadn't asked about it, I might still be promoting them today. I think I can give up my remaining earnings too.

Did you send fraudulent traffic? I assume you have a CPA deal with them.

Yes, I had a CPA deal with them at one of their brands for only about 2 weeks, but it didn't work out, there were a lot of bonus abusers, so I removed that one casino from my pages. However, the cooperation with their other casinos was good and I also made money with them. So this does not give them the right to block you without a word and that you dont receive your earnings.
Not an email, not a notification that we're done. If I hadn't tried to log in, who knows when I would have noticed it, so I would have advertised them for free for who knows how long

I've worked with them for well over a year and never had any issues whatsoever. Always pay on time etc. Dunno about their admin fees though. Might be shit, that's the only thing that worries me.

Also working with Chilli on a CPA for an extended period everything was fine, but as of now the last payment has not been paid.
Otherwise everything is fine, they have good products and responsive support

Then all of a sudden I got a new affiliate manager who offered me a new deal and the surprise came, they blocked me without my knowledge and when I asked why, they said that the players I sent were worthless. That's why I'm warning you, because if they did this to me, then maybe tomorrow you will be next.
I don't find it normal that a program to which you sent a lot of players, for whom you generated revenues ( I was on rev.share deal before the block), every month, simply blocks you without notification and for such an absurd reason. This is fraud!

It's a pretty good program, the managers are pleasant to deal with and the payouts are on time. I worked with them extensively in 2020
