After using this program for no less than 5 years, I finally realized this trick:

You can right click on a program and mark it PAID and a green light will appear for the month you were paid for!

(we just developed a much more sophisticated tracking software for accounting and watching casino programs to make sure we get paid, so I thought this might be a useful piece of information for some people!)

Just wanted to bump this thread... reason being is we are all more likely to get paid on time, without issues if we know when to email these programs. With so many programs these days its really getting hard to track without software and I feel some people are being taken advantage of. Wouldn't it be great if we didn't have to worry about this?

We recouped five digit figures after we created our software and audited 12 months back.
