At StatsDrone we are doing a pilot program to offer freemium version of the app for up to 30 affiliate program connections. The pilot will run until August 30th, 2025 and if the program is successful, we'll keep it running for longer.

This is for those affiliates that either don't want a paid plan or just want to casually check their traffic and revenue data on a month by month basis.

Pricing has been adjusted as well with the Starter plan at $99/month for 50 affiliate program integrations and $199/month for the Enterprise plan which also includes 50 integrations. See StatsDrone pricing for more info.

Whats behind this "free move" ... thats the question :-D

I do login to check stats for my "more or less 40" affiliate programs twice a month.
You can check stats twice a day, but it wont change nothing. What you bring over the month, it will show up next billing cycle.
Makes me not poor or more rich to see what i have at the 29th if closing date is 31th ...
If you run paid campaigns, you should have different tracking (Voluum, Redtrack) anyway ...

Good and fair questions.

Our agenda is to get more customers and show them what we can do and of course we are trying to gain more customers and marketshare. StatsDrone was built to tackle the problem of revenue leak that affects almost every affiliate.

Actually checking your stats multiple times a day would be important but that is not practical if you're not using tools like StatsDrone or Nifty Stats for example.

The most valuable reasons for checking your stats daily?
  1. Know when brands are closed to remove tracking links
  2. Spot when clicks and/or FTDs start going to zero so you can react to it and not wait weeks after the fact
  3. Identify when a campaign or brand is starting to take off so you could decide to give it more traffic
If anything, you could probably detect SEO issues if you see any increase or decrease in your clicks and revenue. Ideally we all want to see positive changes but if you lose any rankings, it could affect your FTDs and you might notice that in the daily traffic and revenue data with StatsDrone.

Without an affiliate stats tool, it is nearly impossible to record your data so if any of the data changed in the backends, you wouldn't know it. With StatsDrone, this is possible to make copies of the data and compare it. Our Head of Product helped recover 150k EUR over 2 affiliate accounts in a spam of 8 months with one affiliate.

That change detection is what we call Changelog which we built as a product. The screenshot is a redacted example of the types of changes in data we see when we do these affiliate audits for customers. The changes can be anything on the account, brand or campaign level increasing or decreasing, data going to zero, data that didn't exist that does and data that did exist and now doesn't.

Regarding Voluum and other tools like Keitaro, they don't get everything you need. We actually have many customers that use StatsDrone along with Voluum or Keitaro. Those tools are not getting the full collection of revenue data which we do which includes account level, brand level, campaign level and even dynamic variables level. Postbacks are technically live in the system but enabled upon request.

Any other questions ask away.
