Stats by Income Access

Does any of you know about Income Access stats and can explain it ?

For me these are numbers that i can't quite understand.

Allegedly, IA also cannot display any cashouts made by customers.

What means in detail the sum between Gross an Net ?

Only deducted fees and bonus ? If yes it would mean that fees are € 198.98 because bonus is € 5.58 ?

Are these stats looking okay for you or should ask for fully report ?

Appreciate any comment or help because IA is normally not our programm we work with.

Hi Insider, I'd ask the Casino for their actual Commission formula first. Maybe helps to explain the obvious difference between GGR and NGR here. Also do you have Chargebacks visible ?
This looks like overall numbers, you can check for single players as well to see if there's a general difference or just for one player. Normally Fees and taxes are deducted before GGR is calculated in IA but may depend on Casino of course.

thank you for your comment because i know you use IA too.

1. Chargebacks are not visible

2. Comission formula must be requested
