Stars Partners (Lala.Stars) - Payment Issues

Hi everyone! We have an issue with a payment from the advertiser Stars Partners. It’s related to the July–August period — the advertiser is refusing to pay for this traffic, claiming that it’s fraudulent or incentivized, but they’re not providing any evidence. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

We've worked with them and have not had an issue as such, hopefully this is a simple miss understanding and not a means of non payment. Will keep an eye on this one.

I'm afraid we're facing the second option, however will keep this thread updated
