Spybet - payment still due after months of chasing

We highly recommend caution when discussing partnership with Spybet.
We have been chasing them for a payment of €22k since August - after weeks upon weeks of delaying us, constantly insisting that payment will be settled by the middle or end of one month and then the next, arriving nowhere. We finally accepted to wait to discuss this pending payment with their CEO at the November conference in Rome. However she never showed up, claimed she had no battery, and left the country before we could make an appointment for the following day. We scheduled a call, but they cancelled it - said they were unavailable. Tried to schedule another call, but the CEO refused to do so. They have been claiming that they have no funds to pay us. SO please be cautious. With no money, they cannot pay you. Or perhaps they have money and won’t pay you anyway. It’s a lose/lose situation with Spybet.

Same for me @curka admin they owe me 5.5k+ and my invoice is unpaid since almost 100 days. I highly recommend to not work with Spybet-Partners.

Also for any players maybe reading this: I wouldnt play at their casino SpyBet Casino.. who knows maybe they also stop paying their players.

During negotiations, they refused to sign the document or confirm the arrangements by e-mail. In addition, they kept changing their minds about our arrangements.

Hi.I am representative of Spybet and I would like to show our vision on the problem: yes, we do have some delays of payments on the project. Nevertheless we do proceed all of them even with some small delay! I would like to say that we do proceed payment 65k eur to curkaleads back on October. The remaining dept 22k. Unfortunately Curka leads managers are very aggressive and not responsive on our offers, We did offer to close remaining dept in 2 payments to be able to close our dept
Instead we got reply that this cant be done + we have problems with wire payment and we offered crypto but curkaleads refused it. Also managers of curkaleads are trying to add more in the dept amount (they overlapped the traffic on july for 50% and surely we cant wont accept such overflow)
We have printscreens of our talk to prove that we do have active dialog and we do offer the solution but curkaleads refuse it
ALso the overcapped traffic was very low quality and we do not recommend any other operator accept that traffic

Good morning - 4 months is no small delay. We have been constantly told that we would get paid in the following week or 2 weeks, since the end of August/beg of September. We accepted your terms several times and you never kept your word. Just because you paid for one payment, it obviously does not justify withholding another payment! And your payment included a cut for the overcap of approx €11k which we had not even brought up here - but since you did, let's be clear that you asked for more players from us, but refused to pay the overcap from the previous month. So we would be arguing that you owe us approx €33k here. Instead we are trying to at least close on the €22.4k. We also have screenshots, and these include us chasing endlessly, accepting to wait until November conference to speak to your CEO who never showed up, screenshots of you cancelling our call post cancelled meeting, screenshots of us agreeing to a split payment in mid November, screenshots of you once again delaying payment to mid December... and then come mid December, once more, you claimed that you have no funds to pay us. So in the last 4 months you did not manage to settle a debt of €22.4k - which is an alarming state for the company to be in, as this is not an amount that should be so difficult to pay, especially 4 months later.

Nevertheless, we are looking forward to sorting this out as soon as possible and showing that you are a good partner to work with - at the moment it is not looking that way but we hope that we can turn things around.
