I'd suggest looking for some freelancers. I think Upwork will work well for this purpose. There are a lot of guys for any region. I had test link package several months ago from there. Most of them were good enough. But I should warn you about one moment. You should discuss with the freelancers very detailed which links you want and how should they look like. And you should show them few examples for better understanding.

Thanks Max. I've not used upwork before but will give it a look in to.

Using upwork for backlinks... sounds risky like Fiverr, though maybe slightly higher quality? Not worth the risk IMHO.

I am wondering which websites are ranking fantastic thanks to some Upwork linkbuilders. Not saying Upwork has no good SEO-ers, but just like Fiverr, that's a minority.

SEOclerks is similar to Fiverr, but more webmaster focused and less annoying. There are some good link building services on there, but be sure to contact the sellers to discuss your specific need first.

Well, I do not suggest using Upwork for all SEO staff you need to do. But the question was about spanish linkbuilding. I have an experience with some Upworkers. They worked pretty well. Maybe, I had a good result because everyone who was working with me was passing test run and if they make it not good I continue my search for good link builders. Such manipulation takes a lot of time, but it gives its profit.

I'm sure there must be good people who work on the site. I only had 2 replies to a job one was useless the other hasn't replied to me.

You can try other freelance platforms to search for linkbuilders.
I use freelance sites for quite a lot of work but I always find with links you put up a job for specifics and get hundreds of irrelevant offers and messages.

That's why I prefer to work off recommendations of people or companies as hopefully you avoid this.

By the way, there is also a way to find good workers. You can post a job on some job websites with an advertisement. I think you will get better quality replies to a job posting. Personally, I use such jobs to find SEO specialists. This is a good method to have an opinion about your projects from a side. So you can try it.

Just one question, do you have some idea of the target market? Are you targeting only Spain or Spanish speaking countries (Latinamerica I mean) I told you cause our website launched Spanish version like 1 year ago and the results are not the best. Also some knowledge about tax particularly from Spain will be very useful.

At the minute I am only targeting Spain. I don't know how popular poker is over there compared to sports betting so I can't be sure of what the conversion and traffic will be like but it's worth a shot/

All the programs I have spoken with have said they handle the tax at there end. I have had to informed HMRC that I will be operating in another country, as far as I am aware, that is all that is necessary.

Spain is actually the best country in our exercise.

Please be aware if you operate from abroad. Last month we asked for a cashout using bank wire (the only option offered from the program), and we were charged double tax, arguing that there was no written agreement between Spain and my country (Colombia); it was 24% of the profit.

I'm in the UK so I don't think it will be too bad

Doubled taxed, in two countries, and ended up paying 24%. What a treat that must be!

Maybe you will feel better to know that in the good old USA they charge twice this much in tax.

Maybe I explained wrong. Both taxes were taken from the affiliate in Spain, 0% in Colombia so far:

First tax is taken in the admin panel, I mean commission is calculated based on NGR After Tax, according to Spain legislation.

Then of that commission, the affiliate took another 24% when shipped the money to our bank account.

After that, I will need to declare that money in Colombia and pay another tax.

Big difference is that the good old USA has a lots of social benefits that my country just don't have :)
