Warning: My Experience with Soho Partner
I started working with Soho Partner, an affiliate intermediary representing multiple brands and offering CPA deals. I was promoting several of their brands, including Browinner, Casinobossy, Corgibet, and Magneticslots.Until the payout stage, communication was smooth. They were responsive, friendly, and everything seemed to be going well. During the cooperation, I generated approximately €6,500 in commission, while following all agreed KPIs and traffic requirements.
However, when it came time for payment, the situation changed completely.
I was told that the brands had classified all of my FTDs as fraudulent traffic and therefore would not pay the commission. What concerns me is that I was not provided with any actual proof, details, evidence, or explanation from the brands showing why the traffic was allegedly fraudulent.
I contacted Soho Partner and specifically asked them to create a group chat with the relevant brands, so that the situation could be discussed directly and transparently. If the brands really made the decision to reject 100% of the commission, I believe I have the right to see the reasoning and evidence behind that decision.
Unfortunately, despite my requests, no group chat has ever been created, and I still have not received sufficient proof explaining why my entire €6,500 commission was rejected.
In all my years working in affiliate marketing, I have never experienced a situation where 100% of the generated commission was simply rejected without transparent evidence or direct communication with the brand.
I am sharing this experience so other affiliates can be aware of the situation before deciding to work with Soho Partner or the brands mentioned above.
If anyone knows who I can contact regarding this issue or where I can seek help with an affiliate payment dispute, I would genuinely appreciate any advice.
