We have come across a tool in Vista that will be VERY useful called the "Snipping Tool"
You can find it under Start > All Programs > Accessories > Snipping Tool
Basically it lets you select the part of the screen you want to capture, then lets you save it as an image. This means no more cropping and fiddling.
Once you have selected the area you want to catch, you can then draw on it
Good for the person who isn't able to use programs like Photoshop but want to take accurate screen shots of stuff
