Slotastic will NOT unlock my account

    Hi,

    Again I'm having log in issues with jackpot capital affiliates!!!
    2 weeks ago I could log into the affiliate program with NP. two days later I was locked out, and got the message to contact support, I did and they unlocked my account...but when I requested a PW retrieval I got no email. so, I tried 3 times and finally contacted john again, I asked if he could reset my PW and email it to me, he responded that he could not cause of some security issue. I then asked him to change my email Addy on my affiliate account because, I wasn't getting the PW retrieval email. he responded and changed my email. long story short that did not work. so I'm posting this here. because I have asked many, many, AM if they could reset my PW and they have. so I'm thinking they don't want me to get into my account. or am I just being paranoid???

    your not reading my posts, my accounts are not locked. the problem is I'm NOT getting a password retrieval email... therefore I cant get into my account, which I consider the same as being locked. please email me a password for slotastic

    Yeah I have been having issues with this stuff too with Jackpot Capital I am getting concerned with how things are being handled over there myself.

    If it takes more than a day or two to retrieve a password, for whatever reason, then that's b.s. If you're having trouble with the password retrieval system, then they need to be available by phone or messenger, to help you resolve it quickly so you can get into your stats. It shouldn't take forever to get this sorted out.

    I know I hate when email is the only way to reach someone, and I need something as important as login details, and I'm not getting helped.

    BTW The email you sent me, was just my log-ins for all of your brands and NO Password. I didn't ask for my log-ins I asked for a password for slotastic...I'm about to Cry!!!! from frustration
