If a player then goes and wins $40 you would have negative NGR, (you dont "owe" the negative NGR but to continue receiving payments it needs to get so to say "covered")

So, in general, your admin fees are around 35% and the effective NGR% are as follows:

30% x 0,65 = 19,5%
40% x 0,65 = 26,5%
50% x 0,65 = 32,5%
65% x 0,65 = 42,25%

They don't have a terms page set up (broken link), admin fees are not disclosed. I think he just means that the default commission plan is 35% RS (up to), and the offer for the forum members is 65% RS.
