Skybet Affiliates have added a clause to exclude paid listings that include their brand name and have written a more clear term regarding incentivized traffic.
TERMS UPDATE, PPC, MARKETING BRAND NAME
2.4.1 Search Term Restrictions
* Affiliates are not permitted to bid on our brand names as keywords within paid search activity. Example: Sky Bet, Sky Vegas, Sky Poker and Sky Bingo
* Affiliates are not permitted to bid on misspells or variations of our brand name as a keyword within paid search activity. Example: Skyebt, skypkoer, skyvegsa, etc
* Affiliates are not permitted to bid on hybrid terms that contain our brand name (including misspells and variations) within paid search activity. Example: SkyPoker sports betting, sky poker online poker, sky pokre online poker, etc.
* Affiliates are not permitted to appear under search terms that contain our brand name and therefore we recommend adding our brand name as a negative keyword wherever possible.
* Affiliates are not permitted to bid on our competitors brand name as a keyword when linking to our site or our page within their own site for paid search activity.
* Affiliates are not permitted to include our brand names in ad copy within paid search activity . Example , Sky Bet , Sky Vegas , Sky Poker and Sky Bingo
* However, this does not extend to the use of metatag keywords on your site which are identical or similar to any of Skys trade marks or trade names including the terms Sky Poker, Sky Poker, Sky Poker or Sky Bingo.

7.2.5 it will not seek to induce sign-up bonuses ( benefits agrees that prior approval must be given in written form , by Hestview , in order to customers for registering with Sky ) or other offerincentives to potential new or existing Affiliate customers without the prior written consent ( affiliate or player) . Any non-approved , incentivized traffic will result in termination of Hestview ; [ MSOffice1] 7.2.6 the agreement.
Summary:Both terms are more for clarification than anything else. The PPC term was already in there, but is now more properly defined. This is the same with the incentivised traffic clause.
