Quick Question. How would you value a site that does alot of signups a month to a worldwide casino but very few depositors.

Ex site does 120-150 signups a month for the past few years, but lucky to get 2 depositors a month.. Domain is 12+ years old.

The signups go to a USA friendly casino which also accepts worldwide players, in addition it is a highly rated affilate program with no problems who has been in business 20 years.

If anyone wants to make offer based on this info will send stats

And more than likely, this USA friendly casino has a no deposit free chip. So you get all the freebie whores signing up, claiming the free chip, and never depositing.

If it's a brand-able domain, with no spammy backlinks, I'd suggest placing focus of selling this 12 year old aged domain, instead of trying to sell the complete package, cause your low NDP p/m wont do you any favours. And, if all these signups are finding your site from "freebie" type keywords, then the site's worth even less.

Reiterating... Try to sell the domain, you'll probably get a better price.

No spammy links, was just wondering if signups were worth anything these days

I'm assuming they are no deposit bonus hunters signing up? Why not try swapping to a better converting brand or add an extra brand?

There are a lot of bonus hunters out there and the only thing worth money is amount of deposits and deposit value, im willing to take a look it may be an interest to me if the domain isn't niche restricted

Hard to imagine anyone would be interested in buying an affiliate account with just sign-ups and no commission. The domain (+ email list for all signed-up players, if that exists) should be the more valuable part here.

Is Niche Restricted..

Anyway this thread can be closed.. Sold it to the company the site was sending the traffic too. It had huge link value and brand value. Got a lot more then i thought for it.

That's interesting. Care to share any rough details (eg: x times whatever)? Always useful to know what's going on in the market.

The value, in this case, is more in the potential of the domain and foundations it has instead of revenue or other traditional metrics. So how much someone who sees potential, and is looking to put in the work to release the potential, is willing to pay and the seller is happy to part with. Congrats on the sale!
