Site SEO 'Key Phrase' for links

Okay, so I have this site TheCasinoChat.com

It is a mix of Land based and Online Casino Reviews
Casino Games 'How to play' Rules as well as flash demos of each casino game
and a discussion forum

Before I really start link building, I have been trying to come up with a few main keywords to describe the site, as it is so diverse I can't seem to come up with just one or two really good 'key phrases' for my anchor text (for seo purposes).

Any advice on what a good key phrase may be that is not impossible to rank for but will still push some traffic??

Nice site, you have many indexed internal pages with poor contents inside, i suggest you to fill those with rich contents and keywords inside, this should give a boost to your keywords, remember that only organic keywords will convert well, you can give give a look to my casino blog as example, it's new, but rich contents are yet giving positive results.

I would first and foremost use google adword/keyword tool to at least approximately determine which keywords in your space that you are going after are effective (ie. get a lot of searches) and which ones do not. Then I would initially pick 2-3 main phrases to optimize homepage for. But as Luna said - make sure to also beef up inside pages. Best of luck.
