Hello everyone.
I'm planning to release a brand new casino soon, and I created the in-house solution for affiliate management.
I've seen several audit reports here with incredible results, which I don't understand. There are several fees you need to pay to keep the casino running.
Let's break it down:
I deposited $25 via credit card, claimed a 300% bonus, and started playing with $100.
I played, and eventually, I lost all of it.
So,
Deposit: $25
Total of bets made: $130
Total of winnings: $30
Bonus amount: $75
Admin fee: Game provider fee: 10% of GGR (130-30) - $3.
Website provider fee: 5% of GGR (130-30) - $1.5.
CC PSP fee: 3% - $0.75.
NGR = 130-30-75-(3+1.5+0.75)=$19.75
From a $25 deposit, the casino's net revenue was $19.75. 19.75/25~79%.
50% Revshare is actually 39.5%.
45% Revshare is actually 35.5%.
40% Revshare is actually 31.6%.
30% Revshare is actually 23.7%.
25% Revshare is actually 19.75%.
I don't understand how some real audits show a 0.1-1% difference between the rev share and the actual number.
