Commission dating back to October remains unpaid. Speaking to Marina there who "is chasing finance team". Latest message is that the "team is OOO right now". Pretty shoddy stuff

@MissExposé I think you've moved this to an incorrect thread. The guys owing us are not Rush Street, rather RushAff - a UKGC/Gib operator. They're a completely different business

I have also been having issues with Slots Rush / Rush Aff. They initially responded to me on Skype, but now have ignored me for 2+ months. No reply to emails to their portal either.

They also adjusted stats on my account, apparently due to "fraud." When I pressed for what this actually meant they just ignored me. I doubt I'll ever be seeing the funds owed.

Are you sure? The logo you have is for Rush Affiliates (which is Rush Street, the US operator and a respectable one at that) and you list Income Access as the aff software - Rush Affiliates uses that too... RushAff does not and so far as I can tell, has no association with Rush Street. Don't want to ruin a very good name over this...

Update: I have spoken to someone at Betable and they are currently migrating their sites, so nothing untoward there... still not heard from SlotsRush though

Still no reply on this from the programme. Have sent in the debt collectors

I've made further attempts to contact them via 2 different Skype / Teams addresses, and via the account contact in the portal. Nothing but silence in response. Money still owed and no indication of any inclination to pay it.

They have a few bigger affiliates in the testimonials, wonder if they have the same problems?

Update. Still no payment. No joy with debt collectors as yet either. If anyone has a phone number for them, that would be helpful (DM me). I still see them being promoted by a number of solid UK affiliates, so they're obviously paying some!

Amazing update from the debt collector I have working on this....

Our partner has advised:

"The client operates with the T&Cs however, the version you provided is not signed.

The debtor demanded a formal engagement between your client and themselves, if we cannot prove this, then the case is null."

Are you able to provide a formal engagement agreement perhaps?

RushAff are essentially saying that they will not pay up because we do not have a signed agreement... even though, as per the norm, the acceptance of the digital terms and conditions is surely formal engagement. Their aff platform is obviously budget so no audit trail (or at least on the affiliate portal) is visible. Absolute madness
