Who is Leading Tip Limited? I tried Google but came up blank, and I already have an affiliate account with RoxyPalace. All the links in the email do point to roxypalace dot com.

I'd say it's spam and would also caution against working with any third party aff program. It's usually best to deal directly with the casino's aff program.

Many of the third party aff programs offer killer cpa deals but when it comes down to support, they aren't there for you when you need them.

Plus there's the fraud / abuse issue that comes up over and over. For example, once you've sent a whack of players to the casino, they suddenly claim you're offering incentives to the players and refuse to pay the commissions due.
