I entered into a CPA agreement with Rolletto Affiliates on May 5, 2026 (€130 CPA + 50% RS, baseline deposit €21, geo Spain). No additional payment conditions were negotiated or disclosed at the time.
During May 2026, I generated 9 qualified FTDs, confirmed directly in Rolletto Affiliates' own Media Report panel, totaling €1,170.00 in commissions.
On June 1, 2026, the affiliate manager (Saba) refused payment, citing a "deposit-to-commission ratio" condition that:
- was never mentioned or negotiated during onboarding,
- does not appear anywhere in Rolletto Affiliates' public Terms & Conditions,
- was introduced unilaterally only after payment was requested.
The figures themselves are not in dispute — Rolletto's own panel confirms 9 FTD / 9 QFTD / €1,170.00 for the period. Only the invented retroactive condition is being used to withhold payment.
TIMELINE:
- 04/29/2026 — Initial negotiation with Saba (Rolletto Affiliates) via Telegram
- 05/05/2026 — CPA agreement finalized (€130 + 50% RS, €21 baseline, geo ES, no ratio clause)
- May 2026 — 9 FTD / 9 QFTD generated, €1,170.00 confirmed in panel
- 06/01/2026 — Payment refused, undisclosed ratio condition invoked
- 06/02/2026 — Formal dispute sent to Rolletto management, no response
- 06/09/2026 — PAB opened at Casinomeister (Ticket #4,778)
- 06/11/2026 — Casinomeister staff member Max Drayman, PAB Team Lead, states:
"Just to clarify: if your complaint is with Rolletto then it is pretty much certain that we won't be able to help you [referencing Casinomeister's existing warning thread on Santeda/B.V. casinos]. The best we could do is submit your issue to them and hope for the best but like I've said, chances are very slim indeed that anything would come of it."
- 06/18/2026 — Casinomeister formally closes the case, confirming: "Rolletto is a scamming rogue casino from a scamming rogue casino group: they won't respond to us because of the Warnings we have against them."
The case was NOT closed on the merits of my claim — it was closed because the operator already has a documented history of ignoring this watchdog.
CASINOMEISTER'S WARNING ABOUT THE SANTEDA GROUP (independent of my case):
Casinomeister has published warnings covering seven casinos that all belong to the same operation, the Santeda Group: MyStake, Velobet, Rolletto, Donbet, Goldenbet, Cosmobet and Locasbet. According to Casinomeister, the pattern across all seven sites is consistent:
- Money disappears during deposit — players deposit funds, nothing shows up, and support shrugs
- Payment requests sit unresolved for weeks or months, if processed at all
- Balances confiscated after unsubstantiated accusations, with no evidence ever provided
- Vulnerable players slipping through — minors placing bets, self-excluded players opening new accounts unchecked
- Every one of these casinos has generated Player Arbitration cases, and when Casinomeister's team reaches out on behalf of players, the response is either silence or "the player needs to contact us directly" — even after the player already tried that and was stonewalled
Casinomeister also notes the group has repeatedly restructured its corporate/licensing setup — from Santeda International B.V. (Curaçao), to shifting brands to Anjouan, to switching to GTW B.V. — and in some regions does not display any Curaçao license at all, allowing it to take bets from markets (UK/EU) where it should not be operating.
Casinomeister's stated conclusion: "The entire Santeda Group — MyStake, Velobet, Rolletto, Donbet, Goldenbet, Locasbet, and Cosmobet — has proven they can't handle basic casino operations: crediting deposits, paying out winnings, or protecting at-risk players. Players are advised to AVOID this group at all costs."
This is not my opinion — it is the watchdog's own published position, independent of and prior to my individual case, and it is consistent with what I experienced: confirmed commissions that were simply never paid, justified by a condition invented after the fact.
