Rivals locking players problem again!!!

Hi GuardDog Members,
We apologize for this issue. We actually stopped using the Rival auto banning feature except in extreme cases such as charge backs, but not to bonus ban players.
Unfortunately, as was kindly explained by Jason, we had a software issue. Fortunately it didn't last long and we have taken the steps to undo any possible inconveniences. If you know any accounts that are still locked from this issue, please contact me so I can see why it was missed.
