Rivals locking players problem again!!!

finally rivals added again up a bit, and now it seems they made some changes again in their risk system or whatever.
Definetly it is NOT good,
Just now I got locked at Sloto Cash - I am a VIP there.
2 days ago Mike logged into his Tropica Casino account and was locked too.
Its fixed there again but still, this is bad!
A member on my forum reported he was locked for no reason at Vegas Regal.

I am very upset, we gonna loose players once again!
There are players who do not bother to contact the support to ask why they have been locked and get unlocked again.
Many players will just say pfffffffff. I play somewhere else!


To all the Rivals, get this fixed asap please.

P.S:
The locking takes effect, AFTER going to the cashier and trying to make a deposit. Just happened to me at Sloto Cash, went to cashier, clicked to make a deposit via neteller and my account got locked.

the player who reported the problem at Vegas Regal
said the same, he got locked after trying to make a deposit.

I just tried it at Vegas Regal
went to the cashier and wanted to make a deposit via neteller
got an error message, casino logged me out, wanted to log in again and am locked!

Attaching screenshots, hopefully this helps to fix that asap

OMG - This is definitely NOT good. I'm trying right now at Sloto......

Sloto worked. Used payment method UMW.

Yeah might be it happens only for Neteller deposits,
I sure hope they find this out very soon.

We did try only with Neteller and that got us locked.

It has been confirmed at another forum that each casino owner has the right to decide who is good and who isn't. It is also known and confirmed that the reason this happens is because all the Rivals share all their customer databases and this is why players are locked out.

Have a big winner at one and all the others are notified, they even have the chance to not payout full jackpots!!

Rival needs to get their act together with a quickness!!!

I have never really cashed out big time at any Rival
I am a depositor at Sloto Cash since they launched,
so why should they find now it is better to lock me?


Well this is sure a serious problem
and if this finally dont all get better with the Rivals, I give up on them
and cannot promote them anymore,
1st there are always player complaints, bout being locked out
there are game glitches , ...

I feel like sending them players for nothing!
When I started this business my most interess was
earn lifetime for your players - well the players dont live long at Rivals!

I hope we get some official statements here asap.

Sorry to derail the thread. I think some of the affiliate managers will be checking in on this thread today.

This IS a huge problem with the Rival lockouts. It's always been a problem there, unfortunately :(

Wow. dropping Rival down quite a bit until this is resolved. my earnings were shit this month. someone better get this under control..... I'm not blocking off Superior, because I have high rollers there and they are not getting banned (although, now I am going to check)

Slotocash was looking good for awhile, but you know, the last few months its been crap. this month 4 new players plus my base made me -44 .... there are plenty of other crappy Rival stats where those came from. :(

I have had my own share of personal player account frustrations, however the least of them at Sloto as they seem to act more independantly.

For the most part, no wins have led to being locked out but to becoming "bonus eneligible"

A win at one casino can cause the removal of promotions curently in a players cashier at other casinos.

I cant say I get it... Rivals do so much right in my opinion. This cashout was processed in hours for example!

Wow, this has to be one of the very best posts from a "Rival Casino Rep" that I have read this year I believe. She is the actual owner of "Tradition Casino", a new Rival Casino and her straight forwardness and openness is absolutely a breath of fresh air. Unlike the total bullshit we all were once fed by another Rival Rep here who thought I was attacking him...LOL :p

Anyway, here is one of her posts over at Casinomeister, she has others there as well but this lady is for freaking real here folks...

Sorry for taking so long to get to this, but I wanted to make sure that I was informed before I posted. I spoke to Bonus Paradise earlier today and told them that I would look into it for them and find some answers for everyone.

This is what I was told by Rival. A couple days ago a software problem occurred between 3am and 5am EST and affected a limited amount of accounts Rival-wide (Roughly 20 players). They fixed it immediately and reinstated the affected accounts back to their previous state. If your account was affected by this software problem and has not been reinstated, they advise for those players to contact support for the casino where the mistake occurred and support will reinstate your account.

It's unfortunate that this problem occurred and I apologize for the inconvenience.

It is correct that each casino owner has the right to decide who is banned and who isn't. The Rival security system will flag accounts that they deem high risk and it's up to the owners/operators to decide whether or not they are banned/not banned. Paradise8 and Cocoa Casino are both doing this now and we are more like Sloto in terms of how we ban players.

I can only speak for Paradise8 and Cocoa, but from what I know, Rival support has access to the customer database, but the individual casinos do not share information or customer databases amongst each other. Players get banned due to multiple accounts, fraud, chargebacks, etc, but not from information that is "shared" between casinos. As you know, I represent two casinos, Paradise8 and Cocoa. If a player has an account at both these casinos and wins/losses at one of them, I know for sure that we do not ban them based on such information, nor do we notify the any of the other casinos if there is a big win. If there is a player that makes their initial deposit , wins big and withdrawals on one of our promos, we wouldn't ban them from playing, that's just the nature of the business.

Thanks a lot Jaxon, its very appreciated you looked into it and got us an answer.

What I dont believe is that this error occured only for 2 hours.
Since Mike had that problem 1 day earlier than I.
And 1 of our members also reported the problem on Nov.4
So this must error must have accured longer than 2 hours.

Well I am glad to see that they admit an error and that it is fixed.


I will try out to deposit again this weekend with Neteller
and will let you know then if its ok again.

Ok, I was able now to deposit via Neteller at Sloto Cash.
I also noticed I am not locked anymore at Vegas Regal - did not contact them to unlock me.

Seems all works again so far.

Andy, now I just hope win also
maybe I come back with a screenshot too, hehe ;D

lol, I am back
I did not win at Sloto Cash,
but Mike did also try to deposit at Tropica Casino
so he deposited 50$ and the spy game was hitting crazy
he got then on a bet of 11,25 free spins and the bonus game in it.

He managed to come up over 2K within a few minutes,
