Hey RivalRep or Bonne Chance..

I am getting a bit worried about at least one of your properties. My main issue is in regards to:

iGamingProfits - I am owed commissions of approximately $300 from this place and the affiliate program is MIA (Missing in action)

My secondary issue can be directed to 400Affiliates (Jason):

400 Affiliates - My commissions payment of $398 is quite a bit different from the amount that was shown ($534.97) the last day of the month. Why is this? Commissions reports now show the $398 number, but I would like a reason why this changed after the month was over.


I'm not liking this iGamingProfits thing. I tried contacting Tristan with no response Please get this resolved and get that affiliate program back online so we can all see our stats. After all.... Rival.... It is on YOUR servers!

for the 400 group I think you had a chargeback bud.

Total Referral Commission: 0.00
CB carryover 2010-07: -108.18
Grand Total Commission: 333.98

I do not see a different explanation at this time.

FYI - I did talk to Tristan. He no longer is associated with this property.

Rival took over Irish Luck Casino / iGamingProfits as well as Lionslots awhile back. So - Tristan's name in those emails is very misleading and should have been taken out (was requested) quite some time ago

I guess I will RE-ASK..... RIVALREP - WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY MISSING COMMISSIONS???

If Rival now owns these casinos - which should have been made public, combine your screwed up aff payment, it would seem from the many other Rival/Bonne Chance payment issues with players, that Rival/Bonne Chance has a major cash flow problem.

It's just one screw up after another.

It's not an overnight thing - it's the modus operandi of Rival spread over many years of BS.

RivalRep / Bonne Chance -- Why was the domain "irishluckcasino.com" lost? Why don't you get it back and use that domain instead of forcing everyone to change their links?

AussieDave -- I wonder the same thing. I think most affiliates have dumped most Rival casinos, but there are a few that continue to promote multiple questionable Rival casinos. Personally, I only promote Sloto'Cash, but I may stop promoting them as well because Rival's future seems so uncertain at this point.

I know you have an issue with me (and others) promoting them, but the bottom line is they have a good product, excellent affiliate back-end, and they do ALWAYS pay their genuine players.

Yes, I agree they do have LOTS of problems and they've caused me to tear my hair out on numerous occasions, but at the end of the day they (Rival) are not rogue.
Inept? Yes. Incompetent? Yes. Rip-off artists? No. Rogue? No.

So why bother quoting me

You can promote who you like KK, anyone can and players can also play where they like too.

Rival may not be rogued yet but the writing is on the wall.
Their irresponsible and incompetent.
They can't pay their players by their own agreed terms...2 to 5 working days (but you already know that it's posted on your site) but these casinos have no issue in accepting deposits.

It's proved beyond doubt Rival can't keep their word nor can the majority of white labels either. And now, well...they can't even pay Andy his correct commission.

Granted Rival isn't rogued yet but a high % of Rival white labels are dodgy at the very least. As an affiliate, I just don't get where some peoples heads are at.

People bitch cause they're not getting paid, players bitch cause they're not getting paid within the 2 - 5 working day terms but the same players keep depositing and the same affiliates keep promoting them...

It's like patting a wild dog that's just bitten your hand off BUT then patting it with your other hand and having that bitten off too...then asking why

We have them up on our sites and did a lot of work getting them there. Just deleting them is really hard from an SEO perspective. To me, however unfortunate, getting paid has become 'part of the job' and we post here to get the job done.

Many people have "rival" themed sites... What should they do? nuke their own income? These guys have us bent over so we have to do what we can to get paid.

If they are ripping off players I turn my page into a rogue page, so I don't lose out from an SEO perspective. And we don't promote properties ripping off players. Late pay is not a crime.

So we talk about this crap to get paid.
