The last time I did a 'Critical ' Ticket it took them 5 days to respond . Support @ revenuenetwork.com responded last time I wrote them.Can you PM me contact info for RN please? I also submitted a ticket over on the RN affiliate dashboard and labeled it CRITICAL regarding matter and hoping it can be fixed by the end of this month.
