Been trying to get a hold of my AM for the last week to alert him to some new things and he hasn't bothered to respond. There is still very much an issue on my end and I'm very annoyed this always seems to arise at least once a year and its always a technical mistake on their end (that takes seconds to fix internally I'm sure)...

Fun news to report.
Logged in several times today to see my March NGR numbers dwindle from $12k to $9k to now $7k — and that was just in the last few hours this afternoon.
Deposits also mysteriously dwindled from over $14k to $9k to $6900. Both the aforementioned NGR and deposit figures are just for ONE player…also the same player they also once tried to just remove from my account years back and didn’t think I would notice.
I’m beyond frustrated and chiming in to notate what’s happening and to also hopefully get someone in here to mediate and maybe even audit what was once the best reputable program in the business — especially to make sure no more accounts are getting shafted like this.

I happen to know a new AM is on his way to RN. Someone I have dealt with at another reputable brand for years and met several times in person too. So hopefully he will be more helpful to you than his predecessors...

Good to hear. Hopefully I hear back from Pierre or someone eventually. It looks like the system is doing some kind of update for March as I’m now seeing zeroes for all but the last 4 days of that month after checking my account every few hours earlier…
It’s still a very weird circumstance and I’m hoping revenue and stats are properly restored and we all get answers from someone…especially if it’s happening to more people than just me.
Not updating for me. Must be selective. The last time they "Sync" the data was last March as well. Go Figure, the last event to make a decent sum before the next Football season.

We don't need someone to talk to RN. Of course, they will justify their actions, you have no way of proving otherwise. We need someone with connections to Bodog / Bovada itself and let the Mgmt know how we feel about their new servicing company. Who knows Bovada may not know they are being skimmed as well.
Lol Been away for a few days and just saw this, so went and checked stats.. Down more then 60% from what it closed at at the end of the month.. Think this program is done. Same crap as affiliate edge started pulling in their last few months.. And if you ask any of the AM's thell tell you all is good,
