Another sponsor to add to my "Do not promote list". The list just keeps getting longer.

Latest update is they said as long as mark my threads as updated and resolved they will reopen my accounts and pay me my commission owing. I told them I will update the threads when all are true, the account reopened and commission paid. This email was sent to me approx 1 week ago.

They reopened the account but have not paid outstanding commissions. I have emailed them twice in the past week for commissions to be paid. No responses

Shady! Your commission belongs to you and should not be held ransom. Please keep us updated on this. We will do our best to keep pushing them from our side.

Thank you Mel for helping like you have, I really appreciate it. And hopefully you can help me get my commission owed. They wont answer any emails or pay me any of the commission owed to me.

Sadly even though the pressure made them reopen the accounts, I feel as though moving forward getting commission from them will be nearly impossible. And every single month I am going to have to fight for them

It's like making the deal with the devil. Even if you end up getting your money; that's the end of this relationship.
This hurts them more in the long run than it does you.

Sadly, the games continue with them.

They finally responded after weeks of nothing and now state they wont pay me commission because I have a winner in September. As all of us know who work with this company, they have no negative carry over. They are now pretending they do.

Very sad to see them go down this route as now its nothing but lies and stealing.

I have pulled out the Payment report for your account. The reason why you haven’t been paid is because you have a winner in September ( -£531.91). This amount is dragging the whole commission down.

Once this is cleared, you will receive the commission generated in the coming months.

We will go through Ivy affiliates terms and it will go through the certification process with our moderators.

We can then determine if there is a high roller policy, however an amount of -531.91 should not trigger the high roller policy this figure is usually 5k and over.

Hi Mel. After speaking to them I am seeing a clearer picture of their claim.

When we first starting working with them they offered us a certain revenue share deal for a couple of their casinos, quite high percent I might add. After some back and forth we came to a set percentage across all their brands. It was agreed we would advertise their brands and in return a set commission rate. I have emails to confirm this too.

As they introduced new casinos, they put us on a structured tiered negative carry over deal for some reason. Maybe its default and we didnt notice. Regardless, considering we had a deal in place for all their brands, there should be no arguing or discussion and the initial deal should simply be set to what was agreed upon and all commissions paid.

It should be simple. It could be our fault we didnt notice the default of their new brands being added. And it should be a simple fix. Unfortunately we werent able to check any of this considering they locked our account for many weeks claiming non compliancy. So we will take some fault in this that we didnt notice the new casinos were possibly set on their standard default. But why does everything have to be such an issue and such a fight over every little thing? Its clear. We agreed upon a set amount for their entire brand.

I would still like to know what they mean by non compliant exactly. If we are non compliant. No problem. We understand and would either fix any issues or simply stop advertising them as per their request and continue receiving commissions from the players we obtained previously.

It seems they wanted the entire cake. Claim non compliancy, shut down our account and not pay further commissions. And its quite simply tiring and exhausting have to deal with every little thing with them and fight them on simple things so I really appreciate your guys help in this.

And After help from you guys, They agreed to keep the account open and any commissions earned going forward would be paid. We are completely fine with that if thats the route they want to take. However they should pay old commission like agreed upon.

Maybe they dont like Im bringing all of this publicly but they give me no choice when they do not respond to dozens of emails for weeks and months on end. How hard was it to tell me weeks ago that it was the system putting us on default and they would fix it and to tell us to make sure we keep an eye on things like that as its our responsibility? Should be simple no? Instead they ignore us for weeks and force us to come here for help.

Yes as new brands are added the default deal is applied, the aff manager needs to manually update it I believe. Its always important to remember to send an email to make sure new brands are on the same deal as the older brands. I did take a quick look at the terms and see it states they have no negative carryover:

4.3. If the Affiliate has a negative monthly balance in respect of Commission payable by Ivy Affiliates, the Affiliate’s monthly balance is automatically reset to £0 at the beginning of each calendar month, to ensure that no negative balances are carried forward – this term only applies to affiliates promoting our brands on a straight revenue share deal.

4.3.1 No negative carry over only applies to revenue share deals – hybrid deals (CPA + Rev Share or Flat + Revenue Share) do not apply.

After all I've seen and heard and from my own experience, I would ask affiliates thinking about promoting them to reconsider. If any there's any program next in line to shaft their affiliates, this is a strong contender. They have ridiculous bonus offers yet complain that the bonus cost is too high and as we've seen their commission structure is questionable. I bring loads of players and see almost no value at all and after reading all of this I have a very bad feeling that I'll be writing here again one day to tell you all about how they ripped me off unfortunately.

It's White Hat and they have more brands, that also means cross-selling. Insane fees and bonus costs are eating your commissions, while players keep on playing at other properties of the same owner.

I have been told by the Ivy Affiliates rep that this is resolved (see below).
@Billy_Goldblum - please confirm.

"Payment has been done and all commission paid to the affiliate. Account has been reopened and will earn commission foe existing players"

After all these months of fighting and help from Melissa and others taking part in the discussion, Ivy affiliates reopened my account and paid me my affiliate commission. I would like to thank her and all others who were involved because without all off you I wouldnt have even gotten a response outta them.

However in order for this to be done, they forced me into some structured negative carry over deal and reneged on our initial agreement.

I am happy I got my money and the account opened. I am not happy at all how this was done, delays etc and being forced into a new deal.
