Hi everyone,
I want to share my recent experience with Glitnor / LCKY Group Affiliates because I believe other affiliates should check their tracking and FTD numbers carefully.
This started when I noticed that a player I personally referred to Lucky Casino did not appear as my FTD.
I knew the player's journey very well and had evidence of the traffic/referral, so I asked Glitnor to investigate.
Initially, I was told that the player's account was registered under another affiliate ID and that it therefore appeared he had clicked another affiliate's link before registering.
However, after further investigation, Glitnor acknowledged that something was wrong.
My affiliate manager wrote that their attribution should be based on the last click, but that this did not appear to have happened in this case. Later, I received an even more concerning explanation:
They told me they could not understand how this had happened and that they had decided to pause that partner while investigating.
This raises a much bigger concern for me than one missing FTD.
If I had not personally known this player and been able to trace what happened, I would probably never have known that the FTD had been attributed to somebody else.
I therefore asked whether other FTDs from my traffic could have been affected. Based on my own outbound traffic data, I identified several other cases that I believe may warrant investigation.
Glitnor later told me that this re-targeting partner had only been live since the beginning of the month and that the potential issue may also have affected their own channels.
That makes me wonder whether other Glitnor/LCKY affiliates could also have lost FTD attribution without realizing it. Most affiliates obviously cannot contact every player they send to a casino and independently verify where their registration was attributed.
There is now also a separate payment issue.
I had informed Glitnor that my Revolut account had become restricted and that incoming transfers would be returned, and I supplied updated banking information.
I was subsequently told that payments are made around the 20th and later received the comment that finance had not flagged that my payment had bounced.
However, I have received no evidence that this payment was actually initiated.
This became particularly noticeable because another affiliate payment, from William Hill, was genuinely sent to my restricted Revolut account. Revolut immediately notified me that the incoming money transfer had failed and had been returned to the sender.
I received no corresponding notification for the Glitnor payment.
I have therefore asked Glitnor to provide basic payment evidence — transaction/reference ID, date initiated, amount, receiving account and payment provider/bank — so that we can establish whether a transfer was actually initiated.
I don't want to make accusations that I cannot prove. But taken together, I find the situation concerning:
I have also submitted the matter and supporting documentation to the Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen), which has assigned case/reference 26KC3372.
I'm posting this mainly because I think other Glitnor/LCKY affiliates should check their recent FTD numbers carefully, particularly traffic from the period during which this re-targeting partner was active.
If anyone else has noticed unusual discrepancies between outbound clicks/registrations and reported FTDs, or unexplained changes in attribution, I would be very interested to compare experiences.
I will update this thread if Glitnor provides a technical explanation, credits any missing FTDs, or provides proof/status of the outstanding payment.

“For some inexplicable reason your FTD was assigned to a re-targeting partner that we work with.”
They told me they could not understand how this had happened and that they had decided to pause that partner while investigating.

I don't want to make accusations that I cannot prove. But taken together, I find the situation concerning:
- A confirmed FTD was attributed to a re-targeting partner instead of me.
- Glitnor acknowledged that this should not have happened and paused the partner.
- They acknowledged that the potential issue may have affected their own channels as well.
- I have concerns that additional FTDs may therefore have been misattributed.
- There are now contradictory/unclear explanations surrounding my affiliate payment, and so far I have not received transaction evidence showing that it was sent.
I have also submitted the matter and supporting documentation to the Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen), which has assigned case/reference 26KC3372.
