[RESOLVED] Alert Sticks After Closing - Ad Sever on Homepage

The new alert to update our sigs keeps popping up every page I go to even after closing it. Also on the homepage the image to the top right is broken, I believe it is part of an Ad sever.

I just saw that and it works and looks great.

Homepage Ad is still broken, but I am off to get my little puppy his last set of shots. Poor little guy : /
