I'd go for Affiliate Edge but they have NCO. So who else is there, who can be trusted in the RTG platform?

For US casinos, Affactive and Deckmedia are pretty decent. They do not carry over and convert if pushed :)

RevenueJet also does well for me, and does not carry over (not AGD cert., that I see).

The rest that I do well with, sadly do carry over neg. balances

It's pretty sad really (that with what, about 100 RTG casinos online?), that I can only recommend a handful of decent operators without NCO:

Deckmedia
Mainstreet Group - but they ONLY want USA and Canadian players - no ROW.
Intertops / Jackpot Capital (and their "secret sons") - but they convert TERRIBLY (for me, at least)

Affactive & RevenueJet - I can't recommend: I have heard some "not too good" things about the people running these brands. But worse, they only pay player's cash-outs at $500 every 2 weeks which soon pushes existing players away and prevents any high-rollers from signing up in the first place.

If your main market is US or Canada you can try with Slots.lv from Betting Partners. They have RTG and Betsoft games, No NCO, mobile friendly.

I hate that they put the domain name on their banners and usually try and avoid those if possible.

I didn't put bettingpartners on here because some people call them 'small affiliate unfriendly'.. I think they have a minimum player clause that causes your revshare to drop if you don't send x amount of players? Its right on their commission page. That said, I have done very well with them and all of their brands over the past two years. They are one of my top 3 favorite and most promoted programs.

Beyond that Betting Partners carries over negative, I thought the original poster was looking for non NCO properties. They are much more open now that they have Betting Partners than Bodog, but the NCO as far as I know remains. I've done well with them on certain months and been sunk for many other months due to NCO.

Right now they are doing good for me, but that's the problem with NCO, next month can be completely different.

Ace Revenue is my favorite currently.... tell Dan I sent you he is an awesome affiliate manager, Dan used to be an affiliate and knows the business well and can understand your concerns which is refreshing.; we also do okay with Affactive although some months much better than others... at least Eric is responsive and wants to make money!

You are correct in that Bovada does still Carry over (slots.lv does not) bettingpartners.com/faq/earnings-and-payments

I haven't been in the red with them in a very long time.

As far as Ace Revenue and Dan, I second that he is an awesome affiliate manager. They do very well for me as you can see they are listed in prime spots on all my sites (mainly due to Dan's work ethic, and it doesn't hurt that they do convert fairly well). I didn't list them because I know from a pervious post you had comments about their program, and sadly they are on the Predatory list here. But they have been great with payments and with the addition of Dan... I don't know how else to put it but he is like the AE Martyn to AceRevenue... (Hope no one is offended by that; one of the top Aff managers I actually enjoy working with).

Hi,
Betting Partners doesn't have NCO for Slots.lv.
Bovada.lv: NCO, min 3 RMP / 6 months for 25% commission
Slots.lv : NO NCO, no player quota for 25%

Wow, boys... I'm honored and thankful for such generous comments! Its been a pleasure working with both of you guys, as well. I'm really doing my best to take us out of that 'predatory list past', so its really very well appreciated to hear such mentions on the forums. Please do me one favour though, get your heads out of your work for a few days this year and come to the next conference! Amsterdam in June... That's where the real fun happens! :)

Oh and as always let me know what else AceRevenue, as a program, can offer that you already receive, or would like to receive from other programs. We're working on some new backend changes and all our creative is going through a much more savvy graphic and copyrighting process, especially for Captain Jack! Stay tuned for April Fools, St. Patricks Day and Easter initiatives coming down the pipe.

Do what I do, edit the gif banner ;) It's the same as another casino (shall remain unnamed), who has an affiliates site name plastered on every banner. I'm in this to make money by promoting the casino, not to encourage my traffic to visit another affiliate site!

I had suggested BettingPartners's Slots.lv (25%, NO NCO) an an option, but please be aware that after they excluded all market except USA and Canada their conversion rates and deposits droped heavily.
I started promoted them in 08/2013 and in first 3 months they conversion rate from sign up to FTD was 31% (in this period they have accepted players from other markets like UK, Autralia, Italy etc.).
Now when they accept only USA and Canada conversion rate from sign up to FTD is only 7% (12/2013 - 02/2014).
So if your audience is worldwide maybe they are not the best option.

It's hard to recommend one that fits all your criteria. May I recommend contacting the online casino you find most interesting from the comments above and ask for a better deal for top placement. That's the point right? You will probably be wanting to find that special site for your top placement, don't settle for their regular rates.

At the same time, you can only do this with a couple of operators as your traffic is only so much right?

Personally, I work with all that are being talked about here, but I would like to add G-Wages to the list as well. They have been making money over the last year for us, and that can not be denied!

But to get back to your question: the very best no negative carry over RealTime Gaming USA online casino aff program I simply could not live without would have to be.... NONE!

They are really close to the same, it is about how you promote them and what your players are interested in to begin with, but they are all RTG in the end. I stay away from the old brands like intertops, jackpot capital, and inetbet that are just so old and dusty the never convert for me.

How about paying your PLAYERS in a timely manor?
(Applies to Gambling Wages too)

Groups like your two just tarnish the image of the whole online casino scene and do everyone trying to make an honest living from this business a gross disservice. :(

I do not disagree with KasinioKing, and he probably knows that about me in general, I am not quick to pass judgement on really anything. I am aware of the so called "golden brands" that still accept US players, one of them being Affiliate Edge, but it does have negative carry over. Fact is they are the only brand I can think of that both converts very well, and pays their winners fast. But that was not the question =P

Now in my own business, I pushed them, and other high-end "golden brands" like intertops for my traffic. You want to know how many new deposit players I have from them after 600 sign ups? ZERO. I make more money with the casinos others are talking about here. Heck, I even send Winpalace UK traffic and it works. Here is the other problem for me with programs like Affiliate Edge, they will not make out checks or wire to business accounts, only personal accounts. ...deal breaker.

Sadly the best, or accredited, or whatever have never worked for me. Maybe the player base is to saturated, maybe other affiliate sites have the monopoly on them, but it is what it is.

Nope, fireworks 8 (old macromedia product).
Can't get it anymore and was surprised when I updated to Win 7 64bit that it worked on this new OS.

Google it, heaps of copies around and also the reg keys too - unlike dreamweaver, adobe already had photoshop, didn't want to continue with FW. Damn good program cause unlike PS, FW manages all the layers for you.
