Referback Terms Update - Payment Service Provider Losses

SUMMARY: This terms update is in regard to charges and losses by the payment processor employed by Referback.
Definition - Payment Service Provider
"Payment Service Provider" means a 3rd party with whom we have an arrangement to process money transfers.
Commissions - Payment Losses
Payment shall be made by ReferBack to the Affiliate by way of the method selected by the Affiliate on registration, but only in US Dollars. Upon confirmation of money transfer from us to the Payment Service Provider, we shall not be liable for any damages, loss or cost suffered or incurred by an Affiliate (including any damages, loss or costs suffered or incurred as a result of a failure to pay or delay in payment).
SUMMARY: Referback is absolving themselves from any losses incurred by processing of affiliate payments.
