Quickstack Partners Bad Experience

Hello!

I would like to share my bad experience with Quickstack Partners.

About Deals
First, the deal was set on 40% RS but moved to hybrid (50+50%) some time after that.
While the deal was set and link changed, players would land to old deal. I had to contact the affiliate manager and this was fixed approx after 15 days. In the meantime i had improved the position on my websites.
Then the hybrid deal was changed again to a higher one (150+50%), but it had the same problem as before. Positions improved, deal was not changed the same day (on going issue - 5 days and counting).

About Admin Fee
Admin fee is 60% which is incredible high and unfair from my point of view.

About Finance
Here is probably the worst part. In June, the commission was positive (811 EUR). In mid July, the commissions were paid 715EUR (i don't even know how this number came up but it was around 100EUR less than it should...)
On MyAffiliates, the date for account balance was updated with date 31/7/2025 which is impossible since that was June's commissions and July was not over yet..... The date should be 30/6/2025 (affiliates working on MyAffiliates platform will understand the issue better).
Up to today, there is no update on my balance for July's commissions. Making me think that they had a purpose setting the balance date to end of July instead of June.

Closing this thread, i see a pattern to squeeze out affiliates. Since there is some shaving in everything, from admin fee to deals and finance.

Missing 1.5k, affiliate manager is replying once in a while like: "we will fix everything tomorrow" and that's it. nothing gets fixed or even attented.

Well i wish that it was only a non payment problem... nothing works... from deals to links and finance...
what is stranger is that their brands are promoted by big affiliates.. if they cant pay me, how they pay them?

I hear you, especially when you do everything out of good faith.

Something I do before adding a brand is to ensure the link and deal is setup accordingly. This avoids issues to be resolved later. They expect us to jump and add the brands quickly but we in return expect everything to be setup 100% and working.

Regarding big affiliates they probably don't even feel the missing commission unless the actual program prioritises them which is most likely the case. Pay the big guys and delay or stall the small fries.

I guess you are right.. not sure what the exact problem is to be honest.. it could be that the aff manager is overwhelmed and im not in the priority list.. but i asked also some friend of mine, which can bring way more traffic than me.. same situation...

I got a reply today, that the debt is around 350 EUR. I have no idea how on MyAffiliates i see 1.5k and the affiliate manager is saying 350. but anyway, i asked for account closure and a final payment, whatever the amount is.

As an alternative i told them to have a renewabe fixed fee per month since i cant make any sense on how they calculate statistics and the admin fee causes NGR to always be on negative.

Hey @MissExposé, for now the problems are not solved but some communication from the affiliate manager is done. I'll update the thread if i have more news!

Update: After speaking with the affiliate manager again, issues are now solved we agreed on a fixed fee plus a hybrid and the fee is already paid. good news! @MissExposé this is resolved!
