Hey Experts,
Sharing a recent experience we’ve had with 2–3 Affiliate Programs.
We agreed on the terms and started working with them on a pure CPA model. Within just 10-14 days, after generating 30+ signups and around 8-9 FTDs, they cited low player value and a lack of redeposits as reasons to pause the campaigns.
What’s concerning is that 4-5 of those FTDs came in just 1-2 days before, or even on the same day, they requested the pause, which we immediately actioned.
Since then, we haven’t had much visibility into what’s happening on their end. There has been no further communication regarding pending payouts, campaign resumption, or whether they intend to continue working with us.
The pattern feels unusual, particularly given how quickly the campaigns were paused after the agreed CPA activity started delivering conversions.
Would be interested to hear if others have experienced something similar with CPA affiliates and how you typically handle such situations.
