Hey, looking for an update on promoting offshore casinos in the USA. What current laws could get you in trouble for making money with revshare and has there been any significant instances of someone going to jail for being a revshare affiliate for offshore in the USA. Also, is it better to send crypto payments to a ledger or offline wallet first, before sending it to an exchange like coinbase or something? Or would this be a double taxation situation. Any help or feedback would be appreciated.

Eddie, if you are just starting out best you find someone with experience to guide you through your first years of Casino Affiliate Marketing. Simply reach out to a site you admire and ask them some questions.

As for affiliates going to jail never has one gone to jail for promoting anything.
Troubles have occurred for affiliates who do not pay taxes on income from business earnings.

Influencers have been sued retroactively for promoting FTX and receiving funds from FTX.
Not sure where or how these issues started for influencers. I think it was through the bankruptcy court side and seeking claw backs for investors.

Anyways, rules are if you promote regulated sportsbooks on site A. You can never promote unregulated sites on Site A.

You must keep your apples with apples and oranges with oranges.

One bad apple listing could result in your affiliate accounts termination from all regulated affiliate programs.
These mostly pay CPA and RS isn't offered to affiliates unless they do extra legal work.
Rumours are only 2-3 affiliates earn RS from the regulated market.

As you earn your commissions from "offshore" operators. It is recommended to change your BTC address each month.
It is recommended to receive only to a Decentralized Wallet first. Then move to cold storage or exchange.
"Not your Keys, Not your coin" never been truer today than ever before.

In 2 yrs all this will be behind us and BTC will prevail and normalize in acceptance.
