Problems in partnership with streamer (Samuelon)

Hello everyone,
I would like to issue a warning to other affiliates and influencer marketers in the iGaming market.

I recently entered into a partnership with streamer Samuelon, who is active on the following platforms:
Kick: kick.com/samuelon
Instagram: @imsamuelon
X/Twitter: @imsamuelon

During this collaboration, there were issues related to compliance with the agreement and the delivery of agreed amounts.
Despite several attempts to resolve the situation amicably, unfortunately, there was no response or resolution.
I am not publishing this with the intention of attacking anyone, but rather to alert other affiliates to take precautions and formalize all agreements in writing, especially when dealing with influencers in the iGaming sector.

My recommendation:
Always document the terms of the agreement (dates, amounts, deliveries).
Avoid advance payments without contractual guarantees.
Keep all conversations and supporting documents.
