I believe you have to have a to make a certain number of posts before this feature is enabled.
But I don't know how many.

You click on the members USER NAME and a pop-up box appears as below.
Then just click "Start a Conversation"

To have the PM option enabled, you need to have more worthwhile posts left on the AGD forum.
