Prime Partners - no payment for February, no response

Has anyone been paid by Prime Partners for February 2013? I've been e-mailing them all this month without any reply.
My aff manager Eike all month is offline on skype.
I saw that the same problem was in November 2012...

Did you get paid? I want to start promoting them because they have a legal italian casino but I do not know nothing about primepartners. Are they ok?
