Thank you for your post but i feel that the post needs to be addressed as it is not correct.

1. As a company we would never spam you

2. If you have not given us your consent we cannot email you and would not email you

3. If you have had a dormant account at Nordicbet you might have been email a promotion from Maxino and the reason you have that email is because you opted in when the account was opened.

4.The affiliate tracking links do not actually show so it would be pretty hard for you to know if it was us or an affiliate.

What i would like you to do is please email me the "spam" and i can tell you 100% who it was from, my email is shaun.oneill@maxinopartners.com

I feel that if you are going to accuse a company of spamming we should also have a chance to clear our name.

I have looked into this and i can conform that hogar was not spammed by Maxino, what happened is that he had a dormant account at Nordicbet and was sent an email from Maxino offering a bonus, the reason he was sent the email was because he had agreed to receive emails on products and promos when he opened the account.

To me this is not spam.

Just to complete this. It is not possible to tell from sent email that Maxino is conected to Nordicbet. It looks like some unknown casino is sending unwanted offers. Can't really blame Google (gmail) for putting it in spam folder. In my opinion, it's where it belongs.

let me suggest that next time you open a player account and they ask you if you wish to get promos and news on other products and offers you clearly select no.

I know this might sound some what obvious but please ensure that you are using correct log in details, the reason i say this is because all of our back office use a shared data base.
