This post is intended to make other partners aware of our experience with PeakGamble and an unresolved payment issue.
Our cooperation began in May ’25. After running traffic to the SpaceFortuna product, we never received payment for the services provided. The outstanding balance is €6.8k.
Over the following six months, we made repeated attempts to get the required paperwork completed and signed, regularly following up with the company’s legal team. Once all the documents were finalized, our manager confirmed that the invoice had been forwarded to the finance department and added to the payment queue.
We followed up with our affiliate manager, Ivan, several times. He repeatedly assured us that he was looking into the issue and trying to get the payment sorted. We also contacted Nikola M., Head of Affiliates, directly. Despite these efforts, the payment remains outstanding.
Before taking this public, we informed the team of our intentions and gave them additional time to resolve the issue. The goal was to settle everything privately. However, we were once again told that the finance management team would review the case, but no action has been taken since.
We expect an official response from PeakGamble, a clear payment date, and, most importantly, settlement of the outstanding amount.
This experience is being shared so that other partners can take it into account when considering working with the company.
