Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a recent experience and check whether anyone else has faced something similar with MB Partners.
We had been running traffic and had accumulated a payment due. However, the payment was later nulled, with the reason given being a traffic quality issue.
What concerns us is that the explanation provided was quite vague, without clear details about the specific traffic, conversions, or quality issues that led to the decision.
Player finishing their gameplay balance and not returning back to play (after losing most likely), cant be fraud traffic. Possibly the site is no upto the mark, support sucks, rigged RTPs of games and 1000 more reasons for them.
We understand that affiliate programs have the right to investigate and reject fraudulent or invalid traffic. However, when a payment is withheld or nulled, we believe there should ideally be clear and transparent information explaining the basis for that decision.
Has anyone else worked with MB Partners and experienced similar issues regarding:
• Payments being delayed, withheld, or nulled
• Traffic being flagged for quality issues without detailed evidence
• Disputes over conversions or player quality
• Difficulty getting a clear explanation regarding payment decisions
Not looking to make accusations here. Just looking for transparency and feedback from other affiliates who have worked with them.
Thanks in advance.
