UKGC is reminding operators of a tool that can help them ensure their adverts do not appear on copyright-infringing websites, as that is one of the licence conditions 16.11.
The Commission is encouraging gambling businesses to sign up to the Infringing Website List (IWL), owned by the City of London Police Intellectual Property Crime Unit’s (PIPCU).
This online portal contains an up to date list of sites where the operators should not be advertised on.
