Octobet Not Paying Commissions Or Responding

So i have an affiliate account with Octobet (https://affiliates.octobet.com/), I'm owed around £1200 in commissions which are a couple of months overdue, there's no response from them, 0 acknowledgement of receiving my emails, though i know they did get my emails when we discussed commission rates in the past. Anyone else had any dealings with them? Any suggestions before i pull their offers and bin them for good.

That sucks, especially when they were quick to discuss rates before. £1,200 isn’t pocket change either.

Before writing them off completely, I’d save everything: the agreement, commission reports, invoices and every unanswered email. Screenshot the affiliate dashboard as well if it still shows the outstanding balance.

Then send one short, direct email—not a long rant. State the amount owed, the months it covers, what you’ve already submitted and a clear deadline for a response, perhaps 7–10 business days. Ask for either a payment date or a written explanation. Keep it polite but firm, and copy in another contact or their finance department if you have those details.

If the deadline passes without a response, pause their offers rather than deleting everything. That preserves your records and makes it easier to restore the campaigns if they eventually resolve the payment.

I also wouldn’t publicly call them insolvent or accuse them of scamming without evidence. Stick to the facts: the amount owed, the relevant period and the lack of response. That keeps your position solid.

The silence certainly isn’t a good sign. Get the paper trail organized, send the final notice, pause the offers if they miss the deadline, and document whatever happens next.
