Hi Everyone,

I'm not sure if this has been brought up here already, so sorry if this is a duplicate topic.

First off, I get contacted from a long time player of CW Casino who is telling me they are no longer accepting Visa, and web wallet's was the only deposit option for them. this player was contacted by the company that he uses to load his Visa (wired plastic) he was warned that if he attempted to make any more deposit to any online casino they would close his account!

Now my experience with trying to deposit as a player, Visa is no longer an option for me at any rival casino. sloto or box24. I then try to deposit at my favorite RTG Casino inetbet.... my visa is declined! (sigh) last but not least.. I cannot use my Visa at any Vegas Tech casino either, so long story short Micro-gaming at the moment are the only guys still accepting my visa. now I know why my commissions have dropped to 50% or more at some of my best converters.

Rhonda it depends on the company the casino has hired to process the payments, this Visa thing is not across the board.

Some RTG (like C-Planet) are still taking Visa and MC with no problem at all.

I didn't say across the board, but I will say Rushmore is not taking my Visa.

No offense but it is threads like these that are right out in the open and picked up but the searches that have our industry hurting!

A fact is a fact bonusstreak, if you feel my thread is an issue then delete it.
everyone that keeps up with industry news knows cc depositing is getting harder and harder, which is in fact turning players away. don't blame me for bringing this issue up.

I kind of agree with Rhonda... It's not like this subject is a secret. A lot of folks are discussing the cc deposit issue.

Ok that time frame gives me makes me think that if you tried again now you should NOT have any problems depositing (all things being equal). ;)

I've voiced that exact train of thought many times before but no one listens

A prime example and good reason why I believe it would be beneficial to AGD to have a few forums that are closed to public view. There are other topics I'd like to discuss here that I just wont because everything is open to being crawled and to every Tom, Dick & Bertha to view.

Cheers

:)

Hey Rhonda I did not disagree with you, there really is no need to attack me, I am not Visa and shutting down things am I? Geez really got an attack there I did not deserve.

Well my forum has a private password protected area for deposit talks and my members along with AM really like it and are happy I did it so the talks are out of searches.

Christine, I don't know why you would feel I was attacking you, when it's obviously the other way around. when you start a sentence with "No offense but it is threads like these" I took your response personal. (like I'm starting trouble)

I don't see any attacks here by anyone. But that is not the point here....

Should AGD create a private forum or not... that is the question that arose out of processing issues somehow :)

I never wanted that, but if everyone thinks there should be - then I'll set up a private area that cannot be spidered. Membership that is privy to it... that is the next point and the thing I detest (having private membership areas that not everyone is a part of).

What to do there?

If you set this up, my vote would be that everyone who is logged in should be able to view all forums; those not logged in could view everything except the new spider-free area.

Edit: Also, I think such a "Members Only" forum should have a minimum post requirement of 10 posts to keep out spammers and non-affiliates looking for information to help take down processing companies.

I disagree that anything needs to be private ... keep it all out in the open.

RE the topic at hand; if there are/were issues with Visa - why should affiliates work to conceal that?

Not specifically related to the original issue - but in response to your question I do think that there are surely matters that members would only discuss openly in an area that exists only for members and is NOT indexed in SE's.
